Welcome to my Blossoming Mama Hypnotherapy practice!
My name is Evelin, and I am passionate about helping women achieve positive, lasting change through the transformative power of evidence-based cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy. With a degree in psychology and specialised training in cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy with mindfulness and hypnobirthing, I bring a unique blend of skills and expertise to my practice to passionately help pregnant women and mothers with a range of psychological challenges. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, postpartum depression, stress, panic attacks, fear of childbirth, sleep deprivation, pain, fertility, miscarriages or loss, or adjusting to the demands of motherhood, I’m here to guide you toward a more peaceful, confident, and empowered journey.

My Journey
As a mother myself, I understand firsthand the emotional and mental challenges that come with pregnancy and motherhood. This personal experience, combined with my professional expertise, allows me to provide compassionate and effective support tailored to your unique needs.
My journey into the world of hypnotherapy began with a deep fascination with the mind and its incredible capacity for healing and growth. After completing my degree in psychology, I pursued further training in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and hypnotherapy. This combination of disciplines allows me to help you let go of negative thoughts and teach new ways on thinking, how to relax and calm down, how to problem solve, how to approach your fears, how to be assertive and by adding hypnosis the change will be twice as powerful. I then went on to pick my current niche helping pregnant women, those wanting to get pregnant and current mothers. Therefore, I enrolled on hypnobirthing and postpartum depression relief courses to gain a better understanding in issues or challenges that women can face. I have had two pregnancies and I am a mother myself (like mentioned earlier), therefore I am fully aware of what can go on in one’s life as a woman!
Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with clients from diverse backgrounds, helping them overcome a wide range of challenges including anxiety, stress, depression, and more. My approach is client-centered and tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual, fostering a supportive and empowering environment.

Qualifications and Experience
I hold a diploma in cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy from the UK College of Hypnosis & Hypnotherapy, where I received comprehensive training in the latest techniques and methodologies. Additionally, I am a certified member of [Relevant Professional Association], ensuring that I adhere to the highest standards of practice and ethical guidelines.
